This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between the individual or entity ("You" or "User") and APPsolute Best LLC ("Licensor," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the software products ("Software"), including any associated services or documentation made available through the Atlassian Marketplace, Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or any other distribution platform. By using the Software, You agree to comply with the terms outlined in this EULA.
For Software distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace, use is also subject to the Atlassian Marketplace End User Agreement ("Atlassian Marketplace EULA"), available at https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/end-user-agreement-v1. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and the Atlassian Marketplace EULA, the Atlassian Marketplace EULA shall govern solely with respect to matters between You and Atlassian, while this EULA governs all matters between You and APPsolute Best LLC related to the Software. For Software distributed through other platforms, the respective platform's terms of service also apply.
1.1 "Software" means the proprietary software applications, games, and services provided by APPsolute Best LLC, including but not limited to Atlassian Marketplace apps, mobile applications, desktop applications, and browser-based games.
1.2 "Documentation" refers to any manuals, user guides, or other materials provided by Us in connection with the Software.
1.3 "Licensee" refers to the individual or legal entity licensing the Software.
We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for Your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and any applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms.

The Software may integrate with or access services provided by third parties (including but not limited to Atlassian, Apple, Google, and Valve/Steam). APPsolute Best LLC is not responsible for, and makes no warranties regarding, any third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Some of our Software may collect or store minimal data necessary for functionality, such as user identifiers provided by the platform on which the Software operates. Any personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not collect data beyond what is required for core functionality, and we comply with all applicable data deletion requirements of the platforms through which our Software is distributed.
We may, at Our discretion, provide You with support or maintenance services for the Software. Any updates, patches, or new features provided will be subject to this EULA unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use the Software in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and not to engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with the Software or its related services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APPsolute Best LLC, its affiliates, and its licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Your use of the Software or any violation of this EULA.
We reserve the right to audit Your use of the Software to ensure compliance with this EULA, including the right to request documentation of usage at any time.
We may terminate this EULA and Your access to the Software if You fail to comply with its terms or for any reason deemed appropriate by Us. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in Your possession.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. APPsolute Best LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPsolute Best LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if APPsolute Best LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, APPsolute Best LLC is not liable for any actions or omissions by the user in connection with their use of the Software. The Software is provided "as is," and APPsolute Best LLC assumes no liability for any direct or indirect consequences arising from its use.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be communicated via a website update, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth guidelines for using the software applications, games, and services provided by APPsolute Best LLC, including products distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace, Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, and any other distribution platform.
