Tanya founded APPsolute Best in 2018 to bring together two career-long threads: the discipline of regulated-industry quality systems and hands-on expertise across the Atlassian platform.
Her career began in pharmaceutical and medical-device QA, running cGMP audits, SOPs, change controls, and CAPA programs at La Jolla Pharmaceutical and Becton Dickinson. From there she spent more than a decade as Atlassian Admin and Release Manager at Mapp Digital, moved into IT Applications architecture, and most recently led a 20+ person Enterprise Solutions team at Signant Health, driving SSO, integrations, ITIL practices, and Agile adoption across global product and operations teams.
